We offer three service levels for final delivery.
1. Terminal pickup. Freight will be shipped to a local terminal for a customer to walk in and pick it up. The terminals are located throughout major US cities covering over 90% of the population. The benefits of this service are low cost and flexibility of pickup at a time possibly convenient to a customer so that he or she may not have to miss the work. You may contact us to verify the available locations for pickup.
2. Curbside deferred delivery, It is somewhat risky due to excessive terminal transfers and human handling.
3. Expedited delivery without lift gate. ( Update: For a limited time, we will cover your expedited delivery cost for up to $50 on selected items. Just look for the rebate form on these items above the "add to my cart" button.) This requires a customer to help a driver unload freight off a truck. An additional help may be needed for heavy items such as a refrigerator.This is an effective way to minimize the shipping damage and to expose the non-sense of "take your money without product" as elaborated in A deal or A Shady Deal Watch. Our expedited delivery will usually deliver to all West Coast destinations within 3 business days and to all East Coast ones within 5 business days"
